Hidenori Maezawa
Joined Konami Sound Design Department in 1986. Established Picnic Ltd., of which he is currently the representative, in 2000. Graduated from Waseda University's School of Science and Engineering. Has served as a part-time lecturer at Nippon Engineering College and Japan Electronics College.
He was formerly with Konami for 16 years as a sound creator, and worked on many games such as TwinBee and Castlevania. He is currently active in a wide range of fields, producing sounds for games and gaming machines, as well as JPOP. Blood type: B, Virgo.
In 2008, he made his major debut with "Rainbook" from Teichiku.
In 2020, the city pop unit "Sentimental Reason" was launched.
In 2025, "Rainbook" was restarted (rejoined).

Kenji Matsumura
Production director and creator.
He joined Picnic in 2020. After working at a game sound source production company, he is an up-and-coming creator who has been deepening his knowledge of not only game sounds but also game machine sounds in recent years. In addition, in the field of sound effect production, his enthusiasm and commitment to live recording in the field and Foley recording is remarkable, and he is evolving every day.

Yasushi Ishiwata
General manager of the sales and accounting department and production assistant.
Utilizing his experience in managing music studios and running and promoting music labels, he uses his natural interpersonal skills to ensure that the flow between Picnic staff and manufacturer representatives is smooth and comfortable.
With him under control, there is no need to worry about issues such as not being able to contact people or not being able to hold a conversation, which are common with technical production companies.
